This was a really great book. Whilst the first to chapters are not the most exciting in the book, they are important because they really intrigued me and i wanted to know more. Throughout the book i “fell in love” with the characters more and more. I could really imagine what was going on. What i really liked about the whole story was the plot line. I liked how Alyrra went from a princess to a goose girl because this shows i think the common saying “dont judge a book by it cover” really well.
I really enjoyed “meeting” all the characters and following their relationships e.g Alyrra and Kestrin. I liked the image of the city i got and the red hawk was personally one fo my favourite characters. This is because of how out of kindness he helped Alyrra when she need it. This is a really great book, i highly recommend it.
