My first impressions :- I usually do not go for this genre of book, but I decided to give this a try - I wasn’t disappointed. I was enticed by the cover, but the story was very promising also. The book starts to tell a story of a princess, hated by her family, who is sought for marriage by a prince of another kingdom. In the beginning we see the main characters interactions with the King and her troubling relationship with her mother and brother. I instantly took a liking to the main character, she seems simple and likeable. Her story and the situation she is in very intriguing - what will happen once she settles into the new kingdom? Why is she so hated by her family?
This seems like it would be a good read, and I’d like to read more to see where the story goes. Overall this seems like it would make a interesting well written novel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
