This is the first novel I have read by this author and it did not disappoint.
The novel focuses on Sophie who has disappeared and those who are investigating her disappearance feel that she has take her own life after she lost her home and job - however her dad is not convinced and starts his own investigation into what has happened to his daughter.
The book shares information about what has happened to Sophie through flashbacks which highlight the events leading up to her disappearance, whilst at the same time we are following her Dad in real time following clues to find where she is.
Even though it flicked between flashbacks and present time it was easy to follow and there was little confusion as to what was happening.
Definitely a must read
