I stumbled across this book a couple of years ago and it was one of the first crime books I read to heavily feature social media. I remember the writing as being digestible and easy to soar through and I believe at the time this book took only around a day!

So this book definitely gets some points for being an interesting, easy read. But I am afraid I have to deduct some points too. The ending was bewildering and felt disjointed from the rest of the book, and I remember characterizing the villain's motivations as weak. Nothing bothers me more than a villain without a cause, haha!

All in all the fact that I can still remember this book years onward is a promising sign and shows that the plot was unique enough to be memorable amongst hundreds of forgettable crime fics. That is of course in spite of my hangups over the ending. I have to award this book three stars, just because it wasn't believable enough to go down in literature.
