The blurb is intriguing, it’s a typical contemporary love story in which we hope for a soppy, happy ending!
My first impression from the first couple of chapters, is that this is going to be a very relatable read. Who doesn’t have worries of failure or wonders where their life is going?
I give three stars at the moment, as I’m unsure if Matilda will continue being negative, as I feel I could possibly get irritated/bored with the self pity. However, I look forward to seeing where her journey will lead.
I think the cover is sweet with the entwined seahorses, however perhaps a brighter version would have caught my eye more.
