I think the cover here is fairly uninspiring - I wouldn't be at all inclined to pick it up in a bookstore. The opening pages are a deluge of whining, and I found the main character to be annoying and judgemental. Based on what I've read so far, I wouldn't be interested in knowing her in real life, and I am not interested in reading about for a few hundred pages! She may improve later in the book, but so far seems irredeemable so I unfortunately won't be getting that far.
