I'm going to go with this one is probably not for me. It may redeem itself later on but from the first look, I'm finding Effie pretty insufferable. There was a lot of woe-is-me going on in just the first 2 chapters. I was looking for a redeeming quality to latch onto until life finally starts going her way, but I haven't found it, and she seems overly rude to those trying to be decent to her. Cute cover and nice blurb, but so far from the first few chapters, not really to my liking.
