I admit that this isn't my usual genre, but the summary and book cover definitely caught my eye - it's really pretty. I think a lot of us can probably relate to the main character Effie in some way, who hasn't felt like a failure at times? She does seem to be quite self pitying which I'm hoping doesn't become too annoying, but I really like her sense of humour. I'm intrigued to find out if she manages to find happiness in the end.
