I loved the cover of this book, the seahorses caught me eye.
From the right up I was sure this book would be for me as I'm not normally a fan of romance but was pleasantly surprised.
Effie is a normal woman who always seems to compare her selves to others and feels like a failure when actually she is just like the majority. I can totally relate with how she feels about herself and life, for the most of us things are never as we dream as a child.
This is so well written, almost as if the author is recalling her life and feelings. It's a super easy read but you become so attached to Effie from the start that it makes you want to continue reading.
