I loved this book!! Effie is the main character and I felt great sympathy to her. She feels like her life is going nowhere, she has few friends, no career to speak of and lives at home with her parents. She has a last ditch attempt with an Internet date with the worlds worst man and is at rock bottom and to make matters worse someone witnesses her humiliation. Enter Theo! Theo brings out the best in Effie and slowly she sees herself in a different light.
There is some great humour in the book which had me laughing to myself. It engrossed me and I read it in 2 days. There are a some situations that I think most people can relate to and that was one of the things I enjoyed in the book.
After I had read this I felt warm and happy and completely took my mind off the current world situation!
