I enjoyed this book from the get go, such an entertaining read and probably where most of us late twenty-somethings find ourself at some point or another. It’s a very open and honest account by Effie as to where she finds her life at 28 with a witty but sarcastic tone which is right up to date with the whole tinder scenario which made me laugh aloud as it was so true!! I thoroughly enjoyed reading the sneak peek of the book and could relate to Effie straight away as a likeable character who you just wanted to see have a bit of luck! The writing style is perfect for the tale it portrays being up to date with current ways of dating and the annoyance of still living with parents in your late 20’s. Very relatable!
