I loved this book! It took me a little while to get engrossed in it, but once I was attached to Effie and Theo, that was it - I was hooked!

I loved how relatable the whole story was - everyone can find a bit of Effie in themselves, and the circumstances were ones which we've all had thrown upon us in some form or another. It was nice as a reader to see a lot of myself in Effie, and still be frustrated at the situations and scenarios she put herself in!

I would recommend this book to a lot of my girlfriends - it's a nice, comforting easy read which I think most people would enjoy reading.

When I got to the last small wadge of pages, I was dying to find out what had happened, and that suspense was what stopped me from putting the book down. I'm glad we found out what happened to them, but I know plenty of people who have broken up and not been given the clarity of an explanation, so towards the end, I thought Hannah Sunderland wasn't going to grant us that privilege, so thank you!
