This book was everything I wanted and more. Firstly I loved the cover of the book. I managed to read this book in one sitting, and it was fantastic. I loved Effie, she was such a realistic and refreshing character. I loved how she made mistakes, drank too much wine and her relationship with the characters around her. She was such a relatable character. I had several tears through this book and it made my heart hurt in several places. I also loved how her 'best friend' wasn't as perfect as she thought, and how people can appear perfect from the outside looking in. I just thought this book had so many layers and depths to it, and it was just sheer perfection. I have since recommended this book to several of my friends and family.
