I won this book quite a while ago but it’s taken me until now to actually get my head around reading it. It’s a genre that I normally read and I thought it would be something that I would really get into. But I tried two times to read it and both times I had to stop before I got to the end. In fact I didn’t even make it half way through the book so in all fairness I’m not sure I’m the right person to be writing a review. I just couldn’t get into the writing style or relate to the characters or anything unfortunately and so because of this I have had to only give this book 3 stars and that’s quite a rarity I have to say. I haven’t read anything else by this author and I’m not sure I would but I might give it a go and hope that this is just a one off. I like the idea behind the story and the idea of the plot but sadly this one was just not for me I’m afraid but as I say others may love it!
