I really enjoyed reading this book, it made me smile, nose laugh and it made me tear up. Effie is the same age as me and I found many parts relatable. I loved watching her grow as a person (well, read but you know when you can see it in your head!) although I would of liked it to go more in depth with Theo’s character. I would definitely recommend adding this debut novel to your wish list! Available in shops May 14th 2020
