What appeals to me in this story When Time Runs Out is that is fresh and different with a young man clearly troubled by something trying to shoot people from a rooftop. I am really interested to see if he can be stopped in time before disaster takes place. I was attracted to the cover as I think the man could have climbed the stairs to get to the rooftop.
