I don't think I have ever laughed so much when reading a book! Though this is not an overly complex story it truly is a fantastic read.
Gracie Dart is the protagonist of the story. The plot involves her wondering when her life is going to begin after finishing her exams, at the same time she believes she has a strange and deadly tropical disease due to the strange nature of her skin colour ( plot twist: turns out she is absolutely fine). It may sound bonkers, but it really is a great read due to the absurdity of the story and the fact that the main character really doesn't take herself too seriously.
I think I would recommend this as any YA novel enthusiast as this is a story that anyone can get behind.
