I'm not sure I like the 'blogger' style writing here, paricularly the Ryan parts. It sounds a little immature and I'm not so sure it's necessary. Lara's narrative on the other hand is fascinating and emotional. I like the mystery component surrounding Ava's disappearance and would love to read this book in full. I'll wait in case it's released in paperback though.
